📦 Asylum Relics Return Policy


At Asylum Relics, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. We handle returns for damaged, defective, or misprinted items to ensure you receive the high-quality products you expect.

Return Eligibility & Process 

Within 30 days of the orginal order date


We accept returns only for items that meet the following criteria:
 * Damaged in Transit: Items damaged inside the box during shipment.
 * Misprinted: The design is incorrect, blurry, or misaligned.
 * Defective: The item has a material or quality flaw.
We do not accept returns for items that are non-damaged or non-defective (e.g., buyer's remorse, incorrect size choice, etc.).
Please note: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, color, or size, you must submit a return for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return for a damaged, misprinted, or defective item, please follow these steps:
 * Email Us: Send an email to asylumrelicsshop@gmail.com.
 * Provide Order Details: In your email, include the following two pieces of information:
   * Full Name on the order.
   * Order Number.
 * Provide Picture Proof (Required): To qualify for a refund, you must attach clear photograph proof showing the defect or damage to the item.
Refund Approval & Final Step
Once we receive your email and review the picture proof:
 * If your refund is approved, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method.
 * Customers are NOT required to return the damaged, misprinted, or defective item once the refund has been officially approved.
This version now clearly states that customers do not need to ship the item back after their refund is approved.


🔎 Missing Your Order Number?
We understand that order numbers can sometimes be misplaced. If you need to initiate a return but cannot find your order number, here are the three best ways to locate it:
 * Check Your Email Receipt:
   * The order number is always included in the confirmation email sent immediately after your purchase.
   * Search your inbox (including your spam or junk folders) for emails from Asylum Relics or your payment processor.
 * Check Your Shop Account (Shop App):
   * If you used the Shop app during checkout or have an account with us, you can log in to your account dashboard.
   * All your previous orders, including the order number, will be listed under your Order History.
 * Email Us for Assistance:
   * If you still cannot locate the number, please email us at asylumrelicsshop@gmail.com.
   * To help us find your order quickly, please include:
     * The Full Name used on the order.
     * The approximate Date of Purchase.
